Mountain Aire R.V. Park offers you the opportunity to enjoy the White Mountains on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal basis. Park facilities include our recreation room, fire pit, gazebo, dog wash. Direct access to the Little Colorado River for fishing.
For seasonal & monthly tenants only. Our recreation building includes a TV lounge, game/activity room, a full kitchen and bath.
Availability includes 32 RV spaces that accommodate units from 30 to 34 feet. Guests are encouraged to reserve their spaces early. Space rentals include electric, water, sewer, garbage pick-up and WiFi. Bath, shower & laundry facility for MONTHLY & SEASONAL TENANTS ONLY !!! Guests are encouraged to review our policies prior to making reservations.
TV reception is through the tenant’s own satellite provider.
Our sewer hookups are at the back of the site. It is suggested that all tenants arrive with at least
20 feet of sewer hose and possibly 30 feet for 5th wheel trailers.
